BFM #68: The UX of delivering parcels 📦

I shipped identical boxes, with multiple delivery companies — one was seized by the police.

Hey 👋

I paid to ship identical boxes with 6 different delivery companies.

One was seized by the police (and I’d have done anything to be a fly on the wall the moment they opened it).

But why is this interesting? Or relevant to UX?

Well, shipping companies aren't just moving goods, they play a key role in the general user experience of eCommerce.

And as you’ll see, they’re way worse than you probably realise.

As always, thank you for reading.

It helps for deliverability if you reply (i.e., it tells your inbox that I’m not spam). And if I do end up going to jail for smuggling elicit goods, I’ll need your replies to keep me sane.
